The weather was great and we got to see alot of the animals up close! They had a really great set up with lots of exhibits and the thing I liked the best is that it was like a little pocket tucked away in the middle of the city. It was shady and tree covered and absolutely beautiful!! The word "quaint" kept popping into my mind. It was like some magical woodland garden that time had forgotten.
This is a cool fountain with wrought iron deer jumping through the fountain spray...NEAT!!
They had statues like this all over the zoo.... Loved this one!

This bear thing..(I can't remember it's name) got so close to Hailey...she kept saying "hi" to it and it walked right on over...one of the keepers said that he had never seen it come so close before!
