MNO at the PigPen

I don't usually go out at night...something always seems to come up..but this time I was able to go on a MNO...we found the coolest bowling alley ever!! The place is named after our ball team and it is like an adult fun complex with 10 lanes, games, a bar, dancing and food. I had a really great time and definitely plan to go out more often!

All Around the House

We have been very busy around here...that is the story of our lives!!! I have been trying to market my new business and the kids have been busy having fun!

My mom decided to take the girls for an unexpected (much need by me) overnight! Meghan always manages to come home from Nonnie's with something..this time it is a shelf filled with miniature Disney figurines....

Ice pops in 30 degree weather...Daddy's idea...

What is it with Michael and having to stand inside the toy baskets??

Look at those eyes!!!! She just looks so grown up in this picture....I'm getting a glimpse of what she will look like when she's a teenager I think....

February Fun!

One of the many reasons that I love having young children is the fact that every holiday is such a special event and one that you can prepare for and draw out the anticipation for a long time prior to the actual day itself...most of the time I think the lead up is more fun than the actual day!...anyway.. valentine's day was no exception to this rule!

The following are pictures from our Playgroup V-Day party hosted by us....

I got some great shots of Hailey when she ran off with about 6 candy pops and hid under the pool table with them....

More random shots of the party -goers

Michael's new favorite thing is to climb..... on everything..... and of course he is boycotting pants at the moment

I didn't get a really great shot of Meg 's Valentine's Day Outfit....but this is the day of her preschool party.....

And these are the valentines that she passed out...the COOLEST EVER!!

The biggest strawberry in the land......

The last of the snow....I hope

Meghan was watching the Wizard of Oz (her current fave) and she decided she needed to look a little more "munchkin-like"...It waspretty cute watching her prance around singing "ding dong the witch is dead" with a lampshade on her head...who said my kid didn't know how to party??

Finally Some February Photos!

ok..so I haven't posted in awhile...and no, I didn't fall into a hole or become trapped under something heavy...just a little thing I like to call "life". Actually, I have been super busy, launching my new website....Bowdacious Hairbows I am very excited about my new business!!

I have also been working hard on our Playgroup, lining up Huggies and Babies R Us as sponsors (up until now I have been absorbing all of the costs assciated with running our Meetup group and to give myself a financial break, I gained us some sponsorship!..YAY ME!)..seriously, people think that the playgroup just kind of...runs itself.... but it does take some time. I'm not complaining because I like getting together with the other moms ..but it does take some effort .)

All of this in addition to our regular brand of crazy busy around here....

oh and did I mention that I have been dog sitting the two dumbest dogs on the planet while my mom is on vacation? sorry...I got lost for a moment remembering what a vaction was..

But.. I have been taking a few pictures and here they are!!!

Can't get enough of those gorgeous smiling faces!!

I wanted to point out here how the girls arranged the tea cups so that all of the cups and saucers matched...pretty interesting! When I set them up, I always mismatch them purposely because I like the look of coordinating as opposed to all matching but the girls matched these all on their own!!!

This was a cool picture from when it snowed

This is how Michael watches TV.....
